Meet the Team
Focus Health and Fitness owner, Jennifer Robson, teamed up with Head Trainer, Lindsey Williams, two years ago to help Jennifer train for her first marathon. After the marathon, the idea of partnering to bring focused health and fitness to the community was developed. Jennifer and Lindsey are both very passionate about fitness and share a common goal of providing a unique, effective and fun fitness experience.
Lindsey is a Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Management Specialist through the American Council on Exercise. She is also TRX Instructor certified, and holds a certification as a Hardstyle Kettlebell Instructor.

Corey is a NASM certified personal trainer and NASM certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She grew up in Woodstock, and has always been passionate about running and sports. Corey turned to fitness to help transform her life, when stress got in the way.

Karen is a certified personal trainer through NASM, Hard Style Kettlebell instructor, and has a Bachelors degree in Sport Management. After attending college on a softball scholarship, Karen has continued to be a fitness enthusiast and pursued her passion as a career.

Dana started taking yoga classes as a way to relieve stress from her high-paced restaurant job. The positive effects the practice had on her constantly frazzled nerves quickly became apparent and she was hooked.
Two years of trying different studios and several different yoga styles inspired Dana to gain more in-depth knowledge under the teachings of Daren Friesen at Moksha Yoga Center in Chicago. After an intense year long journey Dana received her certification in the fall of 2016 and was invited to begin substitute teaching at all three of Moksha’s Chicago studios.
Dana has since moved back to her hometown of Woodstock and is eager to begin teaching again. A perpetual student, Dana is continually seeking further knowledge as well as regularly attending yoga classes.
Dana aspires to create a safe and informed space where students of all levels can feel comfortable exploring their own yoga practice. She teaches an alignment-based practice with an emphasis on breath awareness and mindfulness. She encourages her students to discover the wisdom of yoga and to find balance on and off the mat.

Fitness has always been part of Kim’s life, from playing sports as a kid to the present with her job as a firefighter/paramedic. In February 2009 she was first certified through ACE with the IAFF/IAFC Peer Fitness Trainer to help other firefighters stay fit and healthy. Kim enjoyed it so much she continued with her schooling to received an Associates Degree in Health and Human Performance along with her ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist in September 2009. Other certifications Kim holds include TRX, and YogaFit Instructor levels 1-4 working towards her 200 hour registered yoga instructor. Come check out one of her classes, it may leave you exhausted and sweaty or relaxed and refreshed.
When Kim is not working at the firehouse or teaching classes she likes to spend time camping and hiking with her husband Scott, daughter Arya, and their very large dogs Rocky and Apollo.
Kim HagenCertified Yoga and Personal Trainer
Erin is a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed her under grad at Southern Illinois University where she majored in dietetics. She then completed a dietetic internship at the University of Michigan Hospitals. Erin specializes in integrative nutrition with a focus on building a healthy body with a strong foundation through nutrition.
